🧾 Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

We offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and business standards, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sarees that have been used, worn, or altered (e.g., fall/pico done)
  • Products purchased during sale/discount offers
  • Customized or made-to-order sarees

3. Return/Exchange Process

  • Customers must contact us via WhatsApp/Email with:
    • Order ID
    • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • After verification, we will:
    • Arrange a reverse pickup, or
    • Ask you to self-ship the product (shipping cost reimbursed if approved)

4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund will be issued:
    • To the original payment method, or
    • As store credit (if preferred)

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested product is unavailable, customers can:
    • Choose another product, or
    • Opt for a refund/store credit

6. Shipping Charges

  • Free return shipping for defective or wrong products
  • For other cases, shipping charges may be borne by the customer

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

8. Important Note

  • Slight color variations may occur due to photography/lighting. These will not be considered defects.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product does not meet the above conditions.
