🧾 Return & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
We offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and business standards, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sarees that have been used, worn, or altered (e.g., fall/pico done)
- Products purchased during sale/discount offers
- Customized or made-to-order sarees
3. Return/Exchange Process
- Customers must contact us via WhatsApp/Email with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- After verification, we will:
- Arrange a reverse pickup, or
- Ask you to self-ship the product (shipping cost reimbursed if approved)
4. Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refund will be issued:
- To the original payment method, or
- As store credit (if preferred)
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested product is unavailable, customers can:
- Choose another product, or
- Opt for a refund/store credit
6. Shipping Charges
- Free return shipping for defective or wrong products
- For other cases, shipping charges may be borne by the customer
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
8. Important Note
- Slight color variations may occur due to photography/lighting. These will not be considered defects.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product does not meet the above conditions.
